Hi @4Grace, I'm really sorry for my late reply. I've been going less and less on TinnitusTalk recently because I'm doing better regarding tinnitus.

No, food doesn't affect my tinnitus. As for hearing protection, I wear them every night to sleep because I'm a sensitive sleeper, and it doesn't cause me any more problems. I also wear them during noisy events to avoid any worsening of the tinnitus.
