It is a very long story. I might have a fungal overgrowth in my left middle ear for 2 YEARS. I do not know since the only symptom I have is this very fluctuating, ever changing T that does not sound like hearing loss to me. I have been treating it for 9 months (low sugar diet, probiotics, antifungals), but these infections are very slow to heal, and I started the treatment late.
Yes, I am getting better, but I think it is just habituation kicking in finally. My microbial overgrowth theory is likely very wrong, and just have a very fluctuating, complex, and reactive T that is a very special kind of hell.
