Hi @Heal82 - tbh I'm not sure if it's ETD or not. I get some pressure build up but that's just one of many symptoms. I do have dysphagia though (swallowing difficulty) and some TMJ too. The dysphagia is often worse than than the tinnitus.

I get horrible noise in my ears whenever I swallow anything and I have come to understand that it is because of ETD.bit feels like a loud bang on my ear drums .I also have sever Hyperacusis as well as Tinnitus in both my ears.
