So, I took another 0.25 and still nothing. Unfortunately, I think I'm not one of those 80% of people who find Clonazepam to be very good for their anxiety and tinnitus symptom relief. Still anxious and still tinnitus is screaming in both of my ears. It's like placebo pill. I was expecting more after reading so many studies about it and tinnitus. The only change is I'm tired as hell lmao

In conclusion: anxiety relief: 0/10. Tinnitus relief: 0/10. Sleepiness 9.5/10. Good for insomnia I suppose. Bad for everything else. Will try 2 mg in the future to make absolutely sure It's the medication itself and not the dosage problem.
