Basically my situation. I think that this is a norm for us, unfortunately. I was protecting my ears all month, wasn't wearing headphones, wasn't going to grocery stores, yet my T worsened yesterday for no reason :c

It goes up, it goes down. With or without sound. Many people have tried to find rhyme and reason as to why. And have ultimately failed
