Hope they all get together and leave all at once! I'm dealing with a horrendous spike and can't imagine how this amount of noise, can be produced by my brain?

My head is in vortex mode at night.

Today a new tone started in my head. I stayed calm and masked. It was gone after some hours. I guess my "standard" Orchestra didn't want the new tone to become a new member. Stay strong.
