I am in the same situation. You Said you didnt notice your Tinnitus before?

I've had T&H for about 6 years and for the last year I did not even notice it anymore. It's been a long recovery and I was stupid and went into a club with my friend. I had earplugs but this is the worst spike I've ever had during these 6 years.
