You are very new to it, and you will likely be fine. Just give it time and treat yourself good, and a year from now you will be much better. Stay away from loud noises like clubs, headphones and concerts for a while. I wish you best of luck.
Headphones are no good , my ENT is a idiot told me to listen to low sound. I think you are correct I still trying to figure out what it good or bad. think all those white noise blue noise etc.. make things worse.
