DON'T! Embrace the life. Try to ignore that f***** in your head.

That f***** in my head is doing me in, I hate that everyone treats it like an anxiety problem rather than a f***** sound in the head problem.

T is actually subsiding in my ear where it started but then after the screaming kids yesterday causing T in my good ear it makes me feel like nothing is safe and I need to hide from every sound.

Even if T does go away, our ears are still compromised and are more easily damaged, we still live in a crippled state.

could you go to the pool?

I don't want to anymore :( scared to do more damage, this was with silicon earplugs which have 20db protection.

Yeah, it's a closed up pool and some kids came in and started screaming, sound reverbs all around the room so it was more pronounced, I came out of there after 5 mins but I felt pain in my good ear and there is mild T in my good ear now.

and you had earplugs? This event and the stress around it may have spiked your tinnitus but I really believe it did not cause damage to your ear

I think I've always had some crackling sounds in my good ear since my acoustic trauma whenever it was exposed to some sound because it is very sensitive, this time it's more pronounced, had some ringing come and go yesterday, quieted down now.

You might be right maybe this is a spike, and this ear just had very very low T that was unnoticeable at all because of the bad ear... I can give it some days and check.

It is just very disheartening because I am having very good progress with the other ear just 1 month in... thanks for being here for me @Julien87

@Dij111 I already wrote a script that can post 3 pictures of Obama dancing every several hours. Once i'm dead I can just have scripts do all my posting with a large plathora of memes and random content. However I don't know if I can find a computer to keep running if I do it. In the mean time just appreciate me while I'm a live.
