    Running on treadmill or on hard ground can make tinnitus worse for some people and it will continue to get worse if you continue.It is caused by impact under foot, that travels up through the legs into the body and head. Be careful and monitor how you feel. Some aerobic exercises can irritate the inner ear too and make tinnitus worse. I will send you a website link if you PM me.

    @Apolonia running is good for you and won't have a negative effect on your hearing and also should help your Tinnitus. It releases endorphins that should calm your central nervous system, make you feel good, and help you with sleep as long as you dont exercise within a few hours of going to sleep. It also provide other health benefits that should help your T in miscellaneous other ways.
