What movie did you see?

I went to see A Quiet Place at the movies about a week ago, had my ear plugs in.....no spike whatsoever....enjoyed myself very much

What kind of earplugs have you used?

Avengers Infinity War. TBH I didn't get to enjoy it because I couldn't hear much but the person I was with did so I'm fine with that. I use Macks ultra soft 32 NRR

I have I think a 18 NRR musicians earplugs but I don't use those near as much. I have yet to use them for anything in particular. I would likely use them when I'm in a restaurant or something of the sort so I can still speak to people.

I have a pair of musician plugs that I really like. I wore them recently at a musical and felt like they cut out the loud music and left me better able to hear the dialogue. I feel like they are comfortable, too.

Recently I was at a wedding reception and compared them to foam plugs, I thought they did a better job.

The brand is LiveMus!c. It comes with two pairs, one 23dB and one 29dB. I bought them via Amazon.
