    Drugs (perscribed by doc). Youtube music like relaxing piano for 8 hours, or similar. My noice app also playing rain or white noise in background of music. Air purifier. HVAC unit / fan. Mostly the drugs do the best job.

    MyNoise app on my phone. Allows me to play white noise in addition to music (youtube). Air purifiers in every room. Drugs (perscribed). Try to stay positive but its hard.

    Loud Tone for a Few Seconds — Fleeting / Transient Spontaneous Tinnitus

    I had a similar experience recently. Ear sort of switched off for a second, the louder ring for a few seconds (fleeting T) then back to normal.
