    Hi Pony. It seems you have moved into a low hum noisy zone. Not tinnitus. If you want to test this is true, cheap quick test is to buy some earplugs (squish foam ones) and if the noise is just as bad then better try plan b. Go for a weekend stay to a place away from your home (at least 100km)...
