    Clonazepam (Klonopin, Rivotril)

    I have used benzos with success, lowering the tinnitus volume almost to the point of going away completely. The problem though is it took upwards of 6 mg of Ativan and 4 mg of Klonopin to do so. Also, I have had success lowering the tinnitus volume with opiates as they too work on the brain...
