    Can Trulance (Plecanatide) Make Tinnitus Worse?

    Hello all. I went to my GI doctor the other day for my bad constipation, and he prescribed me Trulance, which is a guanylate cyclase-C agonist. I'm not sure if it is ototoxic. I would love some advice or experience from someone who also took this medication. Are laxatives generally not ototoxic?
