I have the exact same thing, right in the middle of the brain. I am 29 too. The cause is probably some kind of poisonous medication. Which medicine are you using? Clonazepam? It is the only thing that calms my centered tinnitus.

I never go to loud places, just so you know. I am asocial. This happened because of a medication. Also, my tinnitus is not mild. It is moderate to severe.
