I have been taking this for 8 years now. Recently a doctor said that it is just a placebo, so I thought that I would test his theory. Out of 20 days while taking Lipo, and keeping track, I had 4 bad days and 3 bothersome days. Then I stopped taking Lipo for 20 days - I had 4 bad days and 1 bothersome day. So I am going to stop taking it and see how it goes. Doctor said it is a placebo- Bubba
