Why woukd we want a product that blocks cortisol? Doesn't the study show that the body isnt produciing enough cortisol in the first place so surely blocking it is a step in the wrong direction?.

I think any more than 5-8 stalks once a day is a hell of a lot. The original poster said this. More us not always better. I'm sticking with once a day and using bioperine to make the herb work better.

Again before starting doubting the long term effects of this I urge people to mix it with bipoerine or "bioperine (10mg) with tumeric" if you cant find bioperine on its own. I honestly think it'll increase the effaccy of the herb sgnificantly.

I wouldn't take the black pepper on its own as it's quite a strong taste and lower in the % piperine needed. Get the tablets above I suggest (Swanson Bioperine Nutrient Absorption Enhancer 10 mg) and open up one tablet a day and pour into your mix. I'm keen to see if it fixes the long term...
