Hi, I've not had tinnitus long but when it started it was severely sore and well annoying.
Tried numerous things to block it out. When I go to sleep at night I use a fan with noise and it blocks out any ringing in ears.
And during the day I take 2 diazepam tablets 10mg which really help and...
