So I had moderate tinnitus in one ear from a lot of earwax. It got syringed (or irrigated?) out and immediately was a bit better, but now 16 hours later it hasn't changed from what it was immediately after. I guess it'd be considered mild now so it wouldn't be a disaster if this was permanent...
