    Hello, New to Forum, Pulsatile Tinnitus

    Hello all. I have had pulsatile tinnitus for nearly 6 weeks. It's a by-product of a myringotomy and ear tubes to address eustachian tube dysfunction. It impacts my right ear only, and is worse at night, when it's quiet. I get through okay during the day, but it's tough to rest at night...
