Hello! I have had tinnitus since March 1st which I believe was caused by high stress and anxiety in my life. I did go to an ENT and they said my hearing is fine.
The ENT suggested to try Prednisone, but I didn't fill the prescription yet. Should I try that?
This is causing constant anxiety...
