I'm wondering if this is tinnitus since it isn't constant. But I have whistling in my ear that lasts for about 3-4 second intervals, then stops for a few seconds, then comes back. Its only in my left ear, and if I plug the ear it goes away completely. Does this sound like tinnitus or something...
