    I have tinnitus 24/7 since having a tumour removed but have learnt to live with it to some extent but I have recently noticed that loud noises makes my tinnitus louder, is this possible or is it my imagination?

    Hi Karen sorry I've taken so long to get back to you. Yes I stayed in hospital over night because I had it done under a general and it was my surgeon's preference., but I know of a lot of people that have had theirs under a local and said it was no worse than going to the dentist.
