One other thing I forgot to mention: when I bite down hard or move my jaw inward (hard to explain) the level of the tinnitus increases dramatically. Think this is a sign they're related?

@Nucleo I have a custom made guard with an imprint from my teeth. My dentist made it. Like I said, it helps to relieve the pain in my jaw but my T has remained, though hasn't gotten worse and at times, I'm not noticing it.
