Got it at 37, 2.5 months ago. I don't know wether it's habituation, real improvement or not, but it gets significantly better the last 10 days. Progress are not continuous, but overall softer level, and less intrusive tone. Right now I think I'll soon be able to deal with it, but I don't know...

My 2 months old T is at 13 khz, where my hearing starts to decreases from -5db to "deaf" @ 16-17 khz (I'm 37). Standard audiograms up to 8 khz are nothing but BS to me since lots of T are above this frequency range...

I think my T has a lot to do with stress and night bruxism. Past four days on vacation, probably the best I've had since my T appeared. Absolutely no jaw / head pain, T was so low I forgot it most of the time. And I did sleep with earplugs :woot: Back to work today, piercing tone at it again...
