I'm a former Pharm Tech (CPhT) & suffer from ringing of the ears for 20 plus years with a new symptom of "ear fluttering".

Make sure you go back to your doctor who prescribed the antibiotic for the sinus infection to start on a new one and report the new ear symptoms.
