    Epsom salts Xanax Naltrexone low or high dose Alpha Lipoic Acid Tumeric Neck massage CoQ10 600mg Alpha Lipoic Acid and 50mg Naltrexone works best for me as does .25mg Xanax 3x day and 20mg lisinopril to keep blood pressure normal.
