Feeling pretty low as pulsatile tinnitus really bad at the moment. Been told I have kinked and 'noisy' artery (right hand side). Have Meniere's disease, on betahistine. Don't know what to do. Can 'stop' the noise by pressing on my neck but that is the only relief I can get. Any ideas...
