Long term side effects? How much do we need? Can we repeat the treatment or is it a one shot opportunity? I hate my tinnitus and hearing loss, but I really want to be sure that it's safe and sound and most of all as effective as possible. I wish that for everyone here.

I'd guess that most of the scientists do want to release info, but they're probably not allowed. Also I don't want to be negative, but shouldn't we also consider that tomorrow could become quite disappointing and that we have to wait a little longer?

I don't know this for sure, but I would guess that if you were born with this hearing loss, it will not work since your hearing loss is genetic, so it would be "normal" for your body.

As far as I know: They are currently in phase 2, there will probably be a phase 2a and then there will at least be a phase 3 before it may come to the market. It's a drug that is injected in the (middle?) ear canal which activates the progenitor cells, so that the hearing cells can regenerate...
