I went to the Tallinn clinic twice back in 2004 and again in 2005. The part of the treatment they don't describe was a daily injection of Hydrocortisone (a steroid) into the cavity behind each eardrum via the passages from the nose. Of course they checked that the eustachian tubes were clear...
