No. Hyperacusis with pain --- the Foundation is the best source for this. I have it. His therapy is not the right therapy for those with severe pain response to sound. PLEASE if anyone has this do not hurt yourself. Protect yourself. TRT is not the right path for everyone.- eaeh2020
