    Are these studies based on "pure" cannabis smoking? Most folks I've met or known in the UK that smoke MJ do so mixing it with tobacco, perhaps up to 2/3rds to 1/3rd MJ as MJ is too costly to not mix. Hence the lung / throat cancer risk from the tobacco.
