    Thanks @ringingfeet for the kind welcome. I did try CBD but couldn't get on with it. There were many different brands and types, maybe I need to experiment more. I will try white noise and post my results. And thank you @Matchbox! You're so right. I do get to sleep at night (mostly, anyways)...
