That’s interesting. I thought people said wearing earplugs at the dentist was a bad idea because of the occlusion effect, so I didn’t wear them for any of the appointments I had; and there were quite a few. Are you saying I might have caused more damage to my ears because of that? Well... damn...

I wish I had taken this advice, but it feels like it is too late. It has already gotten worse. All it took was one mistake… :/ I genuinely hate this condition. It has robbed me of my quality of life, something I feel I will never get back… :(

Kinda regret going to a certain social gathering on christmas without earplugs, now my ears are killing me :( well I guess it's ok. I'll try to be more careful next time. Now I at least know that less noise also spikes me...

Exposed to loud ambulance siren again (which was right next to me). I'm so done with this condition. I'm so done with these possible worsenings always happening to me, it's so exhausting/tiring I can't catch a break. :(
