Tinnitus tones at around the 1khz range came back for a while, though they quieted down too. Overall I’m doing a lot better than I was 2-3 months ago. Hopefully I don’t relapse. I hope you’re doing good as well!- RacWolley

Hi there, sorry for the late reply, been very busy with university. I guess my TTTS is getting better? Once I got my anxiety under control it definitely got better for a while, it hasn’t vanished, still reacts to my voice and other sounds, albeit not as strongly I think.- RacWolley

I usually leave my bedroom window open and the ambient sounds mask it, or I leave the air conditioner on. It’s been a bit worse these days but I’m managing it well. I don’t let it bother me too much, the TTTS has been bothering me quite a bit more. Wish you all the best!- RacWolley
