Yes, it has improved quite a bit. I’m not sure if it has completely gone, but it’s still much better. Passing emergency vehicles near my house no longer cause lasting palinacousis.

Good idea. Always start with the lowest dose. To begin with, take one 100 mg Gabapentin once a day. Although, a doctor would probably prescribe you 100 mg thrice daily. All the best!
