How old are you? I have the same issues too, but mine were not caused by acoustic trauma. They were medication-induced. -

i had very very mild t and mild loudness h then i had ear pain in right ear which was going away...
i had very very mild t and mild loudness h then i had ear pain in right ear which was going away anyway i panickled fluid leaked from my right ear then she gave me iv prednisolone instead of oral pills. which break my blood brain barrier affected my brain. Sudden Onset of Central Head Noise After Years of Mild Tinnitus
I have the exact same thing, right in the middle of the brain. I am 29 too. The cause is probably some kind of poisonous medication. Which medicine are you using? Clonazepam? It is the only thing that calms my centered tinnitus. -

I never go to loud places, just so you know. I am asocial. This happened because of a medication. Also, my tinnitus is not mild. It is moderate to severe. -
