New Tinnitus Tones After Mirtazapine
I’ve experienced exactly the same. I was on 45 mg and then tapered off, and the effects were catastrophic. I also woke up with new tinnitus in my left ear, more hearing loss, and a 60 Hz buzzing sound in that ear. It’s a horrible drug, and I wish I had never taken it.
