    Hi, fainting is very unsual for me, but sometimes I do have some really annoying vertigo and heart palpitations from nowhere.. I think it can be related to my diet/lifestyle and anxiety but ill definitely look that up.. thanks!

    Thank you for the advice! I’m definitely going to keep focusing on protecting my ears, just like I’m doing now. Wow, 30 years is incredible. You’re giving me hope for a second habituation! I still hope my tinnitus will eventually fade, even if that seems unlikely. Right now it never goes away...
