    I Don't Remember Not Having Tinnitus

    My T is louder than most sounds in the real world. Say diving in my loud truck, the radio playing and, someone talking... that is about equal to the sound in my head. My T is more like the sound of Cicada. Well maybe not exactly the same pitch but having the reverberating like sound.

    I don't remember not having T. I am reading post and it seem like everyone is refering to having one sound and the ACRN therapy say match your sound to a sound but mine is a pulsating sound and not just one constant tone. How do I match that?
