Mick - I downloaded classical music from iTunes to use with Beyond Tinnitus. I really do not think classical or the New Age music makes any difference at least for me.

Mick - I have made improvements with insomnia and depresssion. Still have some anxiety. Cannot say the improvements are all due to neuromonics since I also see a psychologist and physician for meds. Working together I have improved. The music is New Age stuff - boring.

That's great. How about imagining suddenly being able to hear conversations and ambient sounds without a constant noise in your head? I would go for a non-surgical process that would do that for me.

There is always hope. But telling your body not to react to a constant noise that provokes the flight or fight response is almost like standing in front of an oncoming bus and telling yourself not to move out of the way. Not an easy thing to do.
