I am on gabepentin to help with Klonopin taper. Small dose of Klonopin but developed a tolerance to the med. The gabepentin has helped some with the w/d side effects but not with the taper. I am seeing naturopath to help with sleep and will post recommendations once I talk to him on Thursday.
