    Question is if the mechanism of tinnitus generation is the same in Meniere's as with the other types. I think in Meniere's there is fluid retention in the inner ear, which may suggest mechanical origin of tinnitus. In this case it may not work for other subtypes of tinnitus.

    Being rich does not make you better informed. He had had tinnitus for a few months only, perhaps he was not even aware about Tinnitus Talk. Most likely he only put trust in what doctors told him hence he came to the conclusion there is no hope whatsoever.

    Have you you tried it? I’m from Poland too. I’m curious if Ebselen alone has potential to silence tinnitus.

    I never really followed this SPI-1005 thread... Can someone recap if it makes sense to try it for noise-induced tinnitus and what is the drug's potential mechanism on tinnitus?

    Are you sure the Hough Ear Institute Pill could be synthetized? I haven't seen that info before.
