You are the real MVP. I hope it comes through for you.

Hopefully the government will push for it right away. I'm tired of this pain and living this half life.

That's much cheaper than what I could find. Can you post the the link to that lab?

$10,000-$20,000 for a month's dosing, going by the dosing Sound Pharmaceuticals did for the Meniere's trial.

The solutions just can't come soon enough. Hate to wish life away but if we all went to sleep tonight and woke up in 2025 I don't think too many of us would mind.

    Sound Pharmaceuticals (SPI-5557 & SPI-1005)

It's a consumable tablet. It's in numerous trials for different conditions. All are in various phases. The furthest is for Meniere's disease and that's entering Phase 3, but it could be out sooner because it's been proven effective against COVID-19 and the Phase 2 trial for that ends in April...

I just want to see even one of these ear drugs out so we can start to get some form of relief. If even one drug gives relief from hyperacusis, tinnitus or even gives back a little hearing it'll be awesome. Really hoping SPI-1005 will be out by next year. I'm so tired of hyperacusis, spasms, and...

I know man, it feels like we're all going deeper and deeper into the matrix the more time goes by, and the more information that gets found out. Me I'm just hoping that FX-322, OTO-413, and SPI-1005 are enough to restore my ears back to near squeaky clean meaning excellent hearing, no ringing...

This, or RL-81, needs to work. So tired of all the never ending face pain, ear spasms, and migraines. It needs to stop. Hyperacusis and TTTS are literally the worst effing things on the planet.

Does anyone have info when Sound Pharmaceuticals will be starting their phase 3 Meniere's trials or are they blowing that off for COVID-19 trials?

If only the government would show the same level of concern and effort towards fixing people's hearing and other major health issues as they do with COVID-19 vaccines/treatments, the world would be a much better place.

If it works for MS by remyelination of the CNS it hopefully works for other nerves as well.

I believe Rinri Therapeutics and a couple of other companies are working on remyelination and nerve regeneration.

Could the trigeminal pain/jaw pain/ear pain you're describing be triggered by TTTS? It's known to be triggered by sound and does cause all of those muscles to tighten and fluctuate which does cause inflammation and aggravates the trigeminal nerve.

Sorry. What I meant is I have a GP who would prescribe things if I needed them, but I'm unsure if they are able to prescribe something that possibly only an ENT can. However, if SPI-1005 gets approved for coronavirus then it would be easy to obtain.

Could you explain more about compassionate use? I'm not familiar with that term. Does it require a diagnosis?

    Sound Pharmaceuticals (SPI-5557 & SPI-1005)

I'm from the U.S.A. I have a GP who would write me anything if I thought I needed it, no questions asked.

@tommyd87 does it need to be prescribed by an ENT or can, say, a GP do it?
