Firstly, do not worry. Hopefully ENT will send you for MRI and tell you the hearing nerve is clear. Hearing aids and/or TRT will help as well as strategies for reducing anxieties about the tinnitus
Because there is only a slight difference in peak pressures between the ears, I don't think this is significant. Do you know what the compliance is for each ear (i.e. the height of the tympanogram)? Both pressures are well within the normal range
