&billie48 - I find Melatonin (Circadin 2ml) quite incredible for longer, deeper, untroubled sleep. The tablet is just 2ml, and I cut it in half with a pill-cutter, and it still works really well. Quite incredible. No side effects either. Just a thought, Jazzer
