Hi @ErikaS, 2 years ago, I tried a pair of hearing aids, and it has substantially reduced the ringing in my ears. The good thing is that you will know within 10 minutes of using them if they will help you or not. Every hearing aid specialist will let you try them for free for two weeks. Tony- Anthony2019
