I had completely forgotten about this thread (my mistake), but I just stumbled upon this link:

So, while it's not a conference specifically focused on tinnitus, just for your information, Columbia will be there for its microneedle research, Sensorion for SENS-501, Regeneron for DB-OTO, and Rinri Therapeutics.
I haven't read the abstracts yet, but here is the portal with links to all the symposiums and their abstracts (click "Abstracts" on the left):
