Tinnitus has been part of my life for a long period now that is about 4 years, caused due to loud sound exposure and in these 4 years, I have seen a different face of life with T. It has not been a single T free day or night for me (Hope one day it is), but ya I have accepted that I have to deal with it and if I can't accept the fact that I have to deal with it, I won't be able to move forward in life.
In these 4 years, my T has gone worse and the cause for its worsening is me as I rarely keep a check on my health. I tried to keep a healthy lifestyle once or twice but never made it a consistent thing. This was due to the stress I was going through because of my studies, personal life issues and now work stress. I have realised that for sure 100% personal experience that when we have stress and don't look after our health it definitely makes Tinnitus worse, in fact, I feel it makes T worse than it could get due to a high-frequency sound exposure and might damage nerves. Stress is part of life but excessive stress is a big no-no. For me, stress is a major contributor to worsening my T and overall hearing health. So we might go through stress but do not stress yourself excessively on things that you later realise were not worth to stress yourselves about be it work-life or personal issues etc. So I think the best way to deal with stress and anxiety is positivity and a healthy life that will result in a healty hearing.
Daily exercises do help a lot to overcome stress and with relaxing the body and mind but that is not enough we need good nutrition to maintain an overall strong body. A lot of people decide to go with a healthy lifestyle but due to workload and other things they are not able to take a proper diet which results in a weak immune system that weakens the body. For a better health especially hearing health we need healthy nerves and a good blood flow in our body.
So I would love to know what things to add to a good healthy life, especially for a healthy hearing?
Multi-vitamins and protein shakes are very essential and much easy to have as part of your daily diet if you can't get the daily required vitamin and nutrients in your body due to busy schedule.
What vitamins we need for healthy hearing and nerves?
Please mention some good multi vitamins and other essentials that we can add for a good hearing health and nerves etc.
Good health is very important so make sure you give yourself importance and then only you can help others in a much better way.
